Google Maps

Outside Korea,
the map is Google.

Koreans open NAVER. Travellers from almost everywhere else open Google Maps. Your Business Profile is where a foreign customer meets your brand for the first time.

Why it matters

Foreign customers narrow their shortlist before they ever walk in, and most of that happens inside Google Maps. They search, scan the list, filter by rating and photos, read a few reviews, and decide. None of the channels we're used to appear anywhere in that path.

The catch is how many profiles are claimed once and then abandoned. A wrong category keeps you out of results entirely. Old photos or incorrect hours get you cut at the comparison stage. Being listed and being chosen are two different problems.

What we do

01

Rebuild the core profile

Categories, business name, hours, services and menu items rewritten around how a foreign customer reads them. A single category often decides whether you surface at all.

02

Multilingual information

Descriptions and service items in English first, then Chinese and Japanese where they matter. Not machine translation — the phrasing each market actually searches with.

03

Photos and posts

Exterior, interior, treatments or dishes, and staff interaction — filled in the order that influences a decision. Regular posts built on local and industry keywords.

04

Review response and acquisition

A standard for how reviews get answered, plus a practical path that makes it easy for visiting customers to leave one. Recency beats raw count.

How it runs

  1. Week 1

    Audit current visibility

Where you rank for the keywords that matter, and where the information gap to competing profiles sits.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Full profile rebuild

Categories, description, photos and hours fixed in one pass. This is where visibility moves the most.

  3. Weekly

    Posts and reviews

Regular posts, replies to reviews, and adjustments based on impression and search-term data.

  4. Monthly

    Report and adjust

Impressions, views, direction requests and calls reported, with next month's direction agreed together.

Frequently asked questions

We don't have a profile yet — is that a problem?

No. We start from creation. Some industries require postcard or video verification, so we tell you what's needed before we begin.

Do you write reviews for us?

No. Fake reviews violate Google's policies and can get a profile suspended. Our job ends at designing a path that makes it easy for real customers to leave one.
